Marc Habib is a Southern California native growing up in San Dimas before completing his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Southern California. For the first 20 years of his career Marc was focused on impacting healthcare at the macro level spending time developing large scale programs at places such as Kaiser Permanente and Molina Healthcare. In 2020 Marc and his wife purchased their first investment property and subsequently added one more each year for the next two years. In each case Marc purchased a run-down property and completed substantial value add activities including the addition of an ADU.

Combining his experience as a three time home buyer and serial investor, Marc moved 100% into real estate in 2023 and is now focused on helping others find financial freedom through real estate. Focused on the multifamily investment property space, Marc works closely with his clients to identify the right property that meets their financial goals then works with them to complete the work needed to maximize their return.

Marc is married to his beautiful wife of 18 years and has two children, Jazzy (10) and Noah (5). They live in their forever home in Huntington Beach, CA.
